Talked with Doug Jr. about purchasing a outdoor plant for a funeral. He sent me pictures of 3 plants. I picked one, took care of payment over the phone, got there to pick it up and the plant was ready go. Great experience -- wish everything was that easy! Excellent customer service. Thanks Doug!

We are senior citizens and for the first time we made the decision to have someone put our mulch down for us. We purchased the mulch from Wagner's and two of your employees just completed putting it down. These two guys were extremely careful to not damage any of our current flowers and plants. They were extremely polite, very hard working and their cleanup was outstanding. We will not go anywhere else but Wagner's in the future. Customer service at its finest.
